Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

How to Return:

1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number
2. We will arrange a pickup from your address
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
4. Hand over the package to the pickup agent

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Sale/clearance items are final sale.

Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our support team.
